If you enjoy running or fancy the idea of being ‘a runner’ then my running clubs offer a relaxed and friendly environment to come together with other women alongside the coaching support from me!

For women new or returning to running, my 10-week programme is there to support you in gradually developing your running to a 5km distance. To do this, it combines both a coach-led running programme and your own personalised runner’s strength exercise programme for you to do at home.

The programme includes:
• 10 coach-led sessions
• 10 week of programmed run/walk sessions to do outside of group
• Your personalised runner’s strength exercise programme
• Guidance on nutrition, stretching + much more!
• Online group support and guidance

Thursdays 6.30-7.15pm
£50 for the 10-week programme – just £5 per week!

For women who run continuously for 30 minutes or above, we meet every Thursday evening at Worsley Green. To ensure you’re running at a pace that’s comfortable for you, we have run bubbles where women are grouped together with others who also enjoy running at their pace. No matter whether you run 5km at 45mins or 25 mins – there is a place for you!

Monthly membership includes:
• Being part of an amazing group of supportive women.
• Weekly coach-led sessions.
• Weekly programmed home runs for you to do in your own time.
• Guidance on strength & stability exercises, stretching + much more
• Online group support and guidance

Running Thursday evenings 7.30-8.15pm
£25 per month.
