If you enjoy running or fancy the idea of being ‘a runner’ then my run groups are where women who want some me time, fresh air and to run with others come together.  They have a very relaxed non-competitive environment where you’re more likely to hear chatter about the latest Netflix series, annoying partners, work issues or lack of sleep than personal best running times or the latest must-have running gear!

Beginners

For women new or returning to running, my 10-week programme is there to support you in gradually getting to 5km and it goes way beyond simply downloading a free couch-to-5km app and running on your own or with friends! 

Across the programme you will receive:
• 10 coach-led group runs
• 20 programmed home run sessions
• Coached support at your first Parkrun event in Worsley
• Strength and stability exercise guides (to support your running development)
• Online group support and guidance

Easier Said Than Run

This running group for women who can run 5km or over and want to develop their running in a friendly and fun environment with other women.  Each week I lead different activities that will help you develop not only your running style and endurance but also your overall fitness. This is done through both different running techniques and strength and conditioning exercises – all of which you can use after the sessions when doing your own runs and workouts.

All runners are welcome and can get fully involved. Don’t worry if you feel you’re not ‘fast’ as you’ll always be paired with others of a similar pace so you can get the most of the sessions.

Running Thursday evenings 7.45pm – 8.30pm from Worsley Green, M28 2PA you can join the group at any time. 

£25 for a block of 5 sessions that you can use on a drop-in basis.
£6 per individual session.
