If you enjoy running or fancy the idea of being ‘a runner’ then my monthly run group and beginners programme offer a relaxed and friendly envrionment to come together with other women to run.

MTW Monthly Run Club

If you’re looking for some run motivation and buddies, then this group is for you!

Suitable for women who can run continuously for 20 minutes or above, we meet online every Thursday evening at 7.30pm. Everyone has their own run buddy for the month whom they meet and run with, ensuring social distance and adhering to lockdown restrictions.

Monthly membership includes:
• Being part of an amazing group of supportive women.
• Weekly coach-led sessions.
• Weekly programmed home runs for you to do in your own time.
• Guidance on strength & stability exercises, stretching + much more
• Online group support and guidance

Running Thursday evenings 7.30-8.15pm
£25 per month.

Beginners 0-5km Programme

For women new or returning to running, my 10-week programme is there to support you in gradually developing your running to a 5km distance.  Each week we’ll meet up online, go out with our own run buddy and then come back together afterwards to celebrate the run & get ready for the week ahead

The programme includes:
• Being part of an amazing group of supportive women
• 10 coach-led sessions
• 10 weeks of run/walk sessions
• Guidance on nutrition, stretching + much more
• Online group support and guidance

Wednesday evenings 7.30-8.15pm
£45 for the 10-week programme.

The current programme is full with the new programme due in June 2021.
