If you enjoy running or fancy the idea of being ‘a runner’ then my monthly run group and beginners programme are a relaxed and friendly environment to come together with other women to run.

MTW Monthly Run Club

If you’re looking for some run motivation and buddies, then this group is for you!

Suitable for women who can run continuously for 20 minutes or above, we meet every Thursday evening with start times at 7.15pm and 7.30pm. To keep everyone safe and socially distanced, you’ll be in your own ‘run bubble’ with other women who run at the same pace as you.

Monthly membership includes:
• Being part of an amazing group of supportive women
• Weekly coached sessions with me
• Weekly programmed home runs
• Guidance on strength & stability exercises, stretching + much more
• Online group support and guidance

Running Thursday evenings with 7.15pm & 7.30pm start times from Worsley Green, M28 2PA
£25 per month.

Beginners 0-5km Programme

For women new or returning to running, my 10-week programme is there to support you in gradually developing your running to a 5km distance. 

The programme includes:
• Being part of an amazing group of supportive women
• 10 group coached sessions with me
• 20 weeks of run/walk session to do outside of group
• Guidance on nutrition, stretching + much more
• Online group support and guidance

Running Wednesday evenings 7.30-8.15pm from Worsley Green, M28 2PA
£40 for the 10-week programme.
